Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in their original condition

Items must be returned in original packaging

Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. If this applies, it will be clearly stated on the product page.

Include your order number and reason for return so we can assist you quickly.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos. We’ll resolve the issue quickly.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated timeframe:
