Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the UK, USA, Canada, and most European countries.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery usually takes 5–11 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Will I receive tracking for my order?
Yes. All orders include tracking. You’ll receive your tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.
Why have I received more than one tracking number?
During busy periods, orders may be sent in separate parcels directly from our warehouse. Each parcel will have its own tracking number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to help. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
